Upon entering you arrive in the large living room with sofas and TV, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher to make family meals more comfortable. The double bedroom has a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the view, while the bedroom with 2 single beds also offers an outdoor space. The two bathrooms with shower cubicles guarantee comfort for all guests, with one of the bathrooms also including a laundry area to have everything at hand. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the living area and the sleeping area, to allow a comfortable stay at any time of the day.

EXTERNAL

Large terrace that offers the possibility of enjoying the cool or the sun depending on your preferences. The presence of a table and chairs allows you to organize dinners or lunches outdoors, while the porch guarantees protection in case of rain or too much sun. The common courtyard on the ground floor, with internal parking space, makes access to the house convenient, also guaranteeing a minimum of privacy thanks to the presence of fences and hedges that delimit the space.
