Villa Fernanda, perfectly restored, dates back to the early twentieth century and has strong historical characteristics typical of the manor villas of the time. The cottage (old barn) is on two levels:

ON THE 1ST FLOOR we have a three-room apartment with a spacious and welcoming living area, a comfortable sofa and a dining area equipped with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a DISHWASHER. Followed by 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with double bed and single bed, 2 bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. 

This charming apartment is equipped with a wooden floor with solid oak planks, exposed beams and walls with Conero stone (all perfectly restored original), which give a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the rooms.
