The prestigious villa is built on three levels:

ON THE GROUND FLOOR we have a three-room apartment with living room, open kitchen equipped with DISHWASHER, single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and WASHING MACHINE.

The original Conero stone of the walls gives a rustic and traditional atmosphere, while the small vaulted ceiling adds a distinctive touch and a sense of spaciousness to the environment.

Available to guests: PARKING inside a private area with remote control access and free Wi-Fi.
