Ground floor: living room with sofas and TV, separate kitchen with Vietri ceramic cladding, bathroom with shower.

1st floor: 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which with L-shaped terrace with panoramic view of Monte Conero and the sea - Bathroom and bathtub with box.

The outside is equipped with a hammock and 2 canopies that make the outdoor space more liveable during the hottest hours of the day. Outdoor kitchen with sink, hob and barbecue.

Parking space in front of the villa along the road.

DEPOSIT: Upon arrival, a delivery sheet of the house will be signed and a deposit of € 800 with A.B. will be requested, which will be returned upon departure, subject to positive feedback from the owner about the good condition of the property.
