The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, to ensure every moment is both sociable and practical. The comfortable double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle, whilst a second bathroom is available for all guests.

From the living room, a beautiful open staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a double bed and a single bed, separated by a spacious wardrobe.

OUTSIDE:

A spacious courtyard furnished with a table, chairs and sofas, covered by a large awning that provides shelter from the sun and the hot summer temperatures. Maximum convenience with parking available both within the courtyard and in front of the automatic gate.

In a quiet area with easy walking access to the town centre and the sea.
