The bathroom is complete with shower enclosures. The property is air-conditioned in the rooms and has Wi-Fi (you will find the QRcode to connect!). A parking space (number 57) is available inside the residence, located along the avenue in the shade of the trees.

The residential complex is equipped with a private entrance with remote control, 2 infinity pools (1 for adults measuring 35 x 17.5 m and 1 for children measuring 17.5 x 6 m), a solarium with umbrellas and sun loungers (both open from 13/06 to 15/09 approx.), 2 clay tennis courts, of 1 Children's play area and 1 central park with benches.
