One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle and washing machine. The flat has been completely refurbished. 

OUTSIDE

The outdoor area is furnished with a table, offering the chance to relax after a long day at the beach. There is a convenient outdoor shower available to freshen up. A parking pass for the streets in the town centre is also provided, to make your stay even more convenient and comfortable. Enjoy a moment of relaxation in our outdoor area, furnished with practical and comfortable seating.

 

LOCATION

The flat is situated in a unique location: right by the sea and just a stone’s throw from Piazzetta Miramare, an ideal spot to enjoy the beauty of the coast and the lively local atmosphere. Its strategic location makes it easy to explore the surrounding attractions, restaurants, cafés and leisure activities.

SERVICES INCLUDED

• Water, electricity and gas consumption • Air-conditioning;

• Car pass for parking in blue-line zones;

• Comfort Service (initial cleaning with beds made on arrival and complimentary toiletries, final cleaning);

• Bed linen and terry-cloth towels (1 large towel, 1 face towel, 1 bidet towel), disinfected and changed weekly;

• Full support regarding the apartment and experiences to enjoy on the Conero Riviera and the surrounding area; 

• Beach service (1 parasol, 2 sun loungers and a changing room) at Chalet Il Cucale; N.B.: the 2 sun loungers included in the price are located directly in front of the accommodation!!

 

Alternatively:

•  Beach service at the Chalet White Beach Club (1 parasol, 2 sun loungers and a shared changing room) + private chauffeur service on call + Kids’ Club (from 13 June to 30 August)

 

OPTIONAL SERVICES

• At our White Beach Club: catering service with the option of breakfast and half-board + private chauffeur service on call;

• Bike and mountain bike hire: contact the Mare Blu shop (ask for Max on 3381415566) with home delivery and roadside assistance.
