INTERIOR

A cosy living room with a sofa and TV, featuring a large window offering a splendid view of the sea. The separate, functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and opens directly onto the veranda, ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners. The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious shower, a second double bedroom with a fold-out bed, and a single bedroom. The villa is completed by a second bathroom with a shower cubicle. All rooms are air-conditioned via a ducted system to ensure maximum comfort. There is an external utility room with a washing machine.

EXTERIOR

The private veranda offers a unique experience, allowing you to breathe in the scents of summer and enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. The villa is surrounded on three sides by a beautiful garden, enhanced by lighting that highlights its beauty and creates a charming atmosphere even in the evening.

Situated in a panoramic location in one of the most beautiful and characteristic areas of Villaggio Taunus, this villa is the ideal place to enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality, surrounded by nature and the Mediterranean landscape.

• Beach service (1 parasol, 2 sun loungers and a changing room) at the Chalet White Beach Club + private chauffeur service on call + Miniclub service (from 13 June to 30 August).

Alternatively, subject to availability of parasols:

•  Comfort Beach Service at Chalet Taunus or Chalet La Perla (1 parasol, 2 sun loungers and a shared changing room) with a shuttle bus stop opposite the villa.
