The villa is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a spacious, light-filled living room with sofas and a TV, a separate kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and direct access to the outside, and a guest bathroom with a washing machine. 

On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, both with access to the terrace overlooking the sea, a bedroom with bunk beds, and two bathrooms with shower cubicles.

OUTSIDE

The covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, offers a pleasant outdoor space for dining, whilst the garden with sun loungers allows you to relax and sunbathe in complete tranquillity. The property also features a parking space within the fenced grounds, ensuring convenience and security for your vehicle.
