The property has independent entrance by pedestrian gate. It has a large terrace on three sides, accessible from the living room and the double bedroom; it is private and equipped with a beautiful awning that protects from the hottest hours. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea and Loreto. A convenient garage allows you to park your car inside. Washing machine available.

POSITION:

The villa is located in the upper part of the Taunus, a quiet and scenic area.
