The whole flat is cool and airy thanks to the numerous windows and air conditioning in both the living room and the double bedroom, ensuring a comfortable environment.

EXTERIOR

The living room opens onto a small terrace with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a lovely view of the sea. There are also small terraces off the kitchen and the double bedroom, offering further outdoor spaces ideal for relaxing.

LOCATION

It is situated on the 2nd floor of a block of flats in the centre of Marcelli, in a quiet area just 50 metres from the sea. You can park in the blue-line parking spaces using the car pass.
