INTERIOR

Living room with a single sofa bed and LED TV, separate kitchen with a small covered terrace, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed if required), and a bathroom with a shower cubicle and washing machine. Air-conditioned with mosquito nets in all rooms!

OUTSIDE

The flat is located within the Conero Residence. The residential complex features a private entrance with a key fob, two infinity pools (one for adults measuring 35 x 17.5 metres and one for children measuring 17.5 x 6 metres), a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers (both open from approximately 13 June to 15 September), and two clay tennis courts. The residence boasts a large park with benches for relaxing, ideal areas for picnics and children’s play areas, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for the whole family

LOCATION

Just 300 metres from the seafront and a little further from the town centre (a completely flat route with a pavement).
