The outside is equipped with a hammock and 2 canopies that make the outdoor space more liveable during the hottest hours of the day. Outdoor kitchen with sink, hob and barbecue.
Parking space in front of the villa along the road.
DEPOSIT: Upon arrival, a delivery sheet of the house will be signed and a deposit of € 800 with A.B. will be requested, which will be returned upon departure, subject to positive feedback from the owner about the good condition of the property.

- Beach service (1 sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds)
- Comfort Service (Pre and post-stay cleaning service, beds made upon arrival and courtesy set)
- Disinfected bed linen changed once a week

- Restituzione totale della caparra con la disdetta comunicata dal 20° giorno fino alla data di arrivo, solo se l'immobile sarà riprenotato per lo stesso periodo e senza particolari sconti. Nessuna restituzione nel caso l'immobile non venga riprenotato.
